摘　　要：针对目前信息化发展与水利业务增长的需求不相适应,信息资源共享困难和业务协同应用欠缺等问题,提出了分布式协同应用体系的总体架构。通过业务的组件化和服务封装,依托信息资源交换与共享服务平台,提供信息、计算和决策服务,并发布应用。The promotion of information explosion process is unadaptable to the needs of water business growing,and there are still problems of difficulty in information resources sharing and deficit in collaborative application of water business.Therefore,a distributed framwork for collaborative application system is suggested in the article.By business componentization and service encapsulation,information services,calculation services,decision-making services and application release are offered based on information resources interchange and sharing platform.
