摘  要:实验室研究了Cr含量对0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢组织与力学性能的影响,通过力学性能测试和金相显微分析,研究结果表明:随Cr含量的增加,容易产生δ铁素体,引起C、Cr等元素的偏析,使As点、Mf点降低,且Mf点可降到室温以下,导致强度降低、塑性、韧性增加;随淬火冷却速度的降低,强度降低,塑性增加;随时效冷却速度的降低,强度增加;选择下限的Cr含量容易满足技术条件要求。Effect of Cr content on microstructures and mechanical properties was studied experimentally on stainless steel 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb by means of optical micrograph and mechanical property tests.The result shows that The phase of δ-Ferrite is easy to be produced with the increasing of Cr content,which results in the segregation of both the carbon and Chromium elements and the reduction in the phase transformation points of both As and Mf,especially the Mf point could be reduced to RT below,as well as the decrease of strength and the increase of both ductility and toughness.The strength would be decreased and the ductility would be increased with the slowing of cooling rate during quenching,and the strength would be increased with the slowing of cooling rate after aging.It is easy to satisfy the specification if choosing the lower Cr content of its specification.
