桑树顶芽组织培养快繁技术研究

摘　　要：对桑树顶芽的组织培养和快繁技术进行研究,以确定其最佳HgC12溶液灭菌时间及启动培养基的激素组成及比例。结果表明:最佳HgC12溶液灭菌时间为10min,最佳启动培养基附加激素为6-BA1.5mg/L、2,4-D0.02mg/L、IBA0.1mg/L。Study the rapid propagation of mulberry by culture of terminal bud tissue,to determine the best sterilization time length of HgC12 liquor and composition and proportion of starting culture medium hormone. The results shows that the best sterilization time length of HgC12 liquor is ten minutes,and the best composition and proportion of starting culture medium hormone is 6-BA1.5 mg/L、2,4-D 0.02 mg/L、IBA 0.1 mg/L。
