家蚕改良五号(3·7×2·1)品种的选配与鉴定

摘　　要：为了克服陕蚕五号原种中系卵粒胶着性差,落卵,雄蛾鳞毛易脱落,交配性能差,不耐冷藏的缺陷,对陕蚕五号的亲本进行了重组和选配,确定了新的四元杂交组合,暂定名为改良五号,代号3.7×2.1。统计分析了改良五号在2005—2009年多家单位的实验室试验鉴定成绩,和2007年农村中试鉴定结果。该品种生物性状、经济性状均达到或超过省定和部颁桑蚕品种审定标准。In order to overcome the defects of Shaancan No.5 parent strain 8701 such as poor gumminess of eggs,the palea of male moth shedding,poor mating performance and unable to be refrigerated for a long time,its parent strain was reformed and matched selectively. The new four way cross combination was decided and labeled Gailiang No.5,code name 3·7×2·1. This research analyzed the experimental results of Gailiang No.5 from several laboratories from the year 2005 to 20009,as well as that from the rural areas. The results showed that the biological traits and economic character all reached the standard set by the province and the ministry.
