摘  要:随着新能源的不断应用,核电技术得到逐步的推广,作为高端市场的核电产品,其制造技术都被国外垄断,核电汽轮机的国产化正在起步。转子是核电汽轮机的核心部件,其加工难度集中在叉型轮槽的车削上。由于槽深、壁薄,车削时极易发生变形,如何控制车削变形,保证加工质量,是制造技术人员研究的重点。The nuclear power technology has been gradually popularized along with the constant use of new energy. The manufacturing techniques of nuclear power products, which is one of the high-end market products, is cornered by foreign countries, while it is only at the starting line interiorly. The rotor part, as the key unit of a nuclear power steam turbine, it is difficult to finish turning the forked grooves. Because of its thin-wall and deep-groove, it is very likely to be deformed. How to control the turning deformation and assure the processing quality are the focus of this paper.
