摘　　要：台湾地区金融业开放早于大陆,在诸多方面具有比较优势。随着两岸经贸往来的增加及相关协议陆续签订,都为闽台银行业的合作提供了必要条件。同时,在台商需求刺激及相关制度保障下,两岸银行业也有强烈意愿进行合作交流。为此,闽台银行业应从建立金融综合试验区、加强业务合作、互设机构和股权合作等方面展开合作。Taiwan financial industry open earlier than continent,a comparative advantage in many aspects.Along with the increase of cross-strait economic exchanges and trade and related agreement signed in succession,for the cooperation between fujian and Taiwan banking provides necessary conditions.Meanwhile,in Taiwan Residents demand stimulation and related system guarantee,cross-strait banking also have strong willingness to cooperate exchanges.Therefore,fujian and Taiwan banking should establish a financial comprehensive test-beds,strengthen business cooperation,mutual incorporated institution and equity cooperation such aspects of cooperation.
