高校图书馆馆藏文献数字化相关法律问题研究

摘　　要：高校图书馆数字化是未来发展的方向,高校图书馆通过购买商用数据库和对馆藏文献资源数字化来满足师生对信息和知识的需求,然而却遭遇法律困境。本文通过对美国相关著作权法的介绍,建议我国从立法上扩大电子产品的范围和延伸图书馆服务区域,并提出我国高校图书馆的相应应对措施。Digitizing library holdings is the trend of the development of University libraries.However,the concerning law has some restricts for the development,many universities chose purchasing the digital data instead of developing its own library holdings.This paper analyzes the difficult conditions and introduces the referring rule of American law,suggests that the range of the digital products should be expanded and the service areas should be enlarged,and proposes some solutions for university library.
