摘　　要：介绍了环境监测中科技创新的应用,包括现代化监测设备的发展和监测新技术新方法的研究开发;对如何建立和完善高素质的监测人才体系进行了分析探讨。The technology innovation in environmental monitoring, including the application of the modem monitoring equipment and the research of the new technology for the environment monitoring were introduced, and then the establishment of the system of high-quality monitoring talents were also discussed.
