践行科学发展观 在实践中完善连锁商业人才“订单培养”模式

摘　　要：连锁商业人才"订单培养"是四川教育学院与沃尔玛-好又多公司实施校企合作、产学结合的一次全新的实践。学院在与沃尔玛-好又多公司实施合作办学的过程中,对连锁商业人才"订单培养"模式不断进行探索,形成了适应企业和市场需求的高职应用性人才培养特色。由于经济社会环境、国家政策、学生求学需求的变化,在探索中前进的"订单培养"模式也遇到了一些新的问题,需要我们以科学发展观作为统领,去研究、解决和完善。＂Target training＂ of chain business talents is an effecitive practice by school-corporation cooperation and production-learning combination of Sichuan College of Education and Wal-Mart company.In the process of cooperative school running,the college has formed a feature of cultivating applied talents meeting the demand for both company and market by the exploration of ＂target training＂ model of chain business talents.With the change of economic and social environment,national policies and demand for students＇ learning,the target training modelis in exploring comes across some new problems which need a better way to explore,solve and fulfill based on the Scientific Outlook on development.
