摘  要:目的:探讨瑶药五指毛桃对受辐射小鼠肺组织病理形态学的影响.方法:6Gy 60Coγ射线单次全肺照射建立肺损伤模型,30只SPF级雄性小鼠随机分阴性对照组、单纯照射组及五指毛桃水提液低、中、高剂量给药组,灌胃给药连续15天.对各组小鼠的肺外观、肺组织进行观察和比较.结果:照射给药组小鼠较单纯照射组肺表面光滑、弹性好、充血水肿表现轻,组织炎性渗出少.结论:瑶药五指毛桃能够改善小鼠肺组织的炎性渗出,减少肺细胞损伤,对放射性肺损伤具有一定的防治作用.Obiective:To investigate the histopathomorphologic effect of Yao medicine Ficus simplicissima Lour on mice’s radiation-induced lung injury.Methods: To establish injury model,mice were exposed to 6Gy 60Coγ-ray for one time.Thirty SPF mice were divided into five groups:Negative control group,model group,high Ficus simplicissima Lour extract dosage group,middle dosage group,and low dosage groups.The surfaces and tissues of mice’s lung were observed and compared after controlling for 15 days.Results: Compared to the model group,the lung’s surfaces of mice in Ficus simplicissima Lour extract groups were smoother and more elastic,less congestive edema and inflammatory exudation.Conclusion: Ficus simplicissima Lour extract decreases the inflammatory exudation and cells’ injury of lung tissues,and provides prevention and treatment on radiation-induced injury.
