摘　　要：涉及民族因素突发事件是影响民族团结和社会稳定的一个重要内容,但关于这一概念的有关理论研究还很滞后,本文力图从基本界定、主要特点、基本分类、主要分期,以及处置的主要环节等方面切入,作一初步探讨。The emergency involving in national elements is an important issue influencing national unity and social stability.However,the theoretical research on this concept lags behind other researches.This paper makes a first exploration on the issue from the perspectives of fundamental definition,main characteristics,fundamental classification,main stages,and disposal of it,and so on.
