摘　　要：传统的保障模式难以适应信息化条件下装备保障的要求,制约着通信装备保障能力的发挥。作者就如何引入供应链理论,建立精确、及时、高效的通信装备供应保障模式进行了探讨。在分析我军通信装备供应保障现状的基础上,运用现代供应链理论与方法,对我军通信装备供应链的体系结构和运行机制进行了研究和设计,为我军通信装备供应保障的改革提供一定借鉴意义。Traditional support mode is difficult to meet the request of equipment support,in the case of informationization,and communication equipment support capacity was restricted.How to introduce supply chain to build precise,in-time and efficient communication equipment supply support was discussed in this paper.On the basis of analyzing status of our military communication equipment supply support,with modern supply chain theories,the architectural structure and circulating mechanism of communication equipment supply chain was studied and designed,and offers definite reveal for our military communication equipment supply support.
