摘　　要：公平问题伴随效率而生,使公平与效率的关系何者优先成为困惑学界的"斯芬克司"之谜。在和谐语境下,需强调二者的统一性,"追求效率,注重公平"是当前公平效率观的正确选择。What is the relationship between fairness and efficiency of the academic priorities become confused ＂Sphinx＂ is a mystery,due to the contradictory nature of the struggle.Therefore,in a harmonious context,the efficiency and fairness of the changing nature of a struggle,and they need to stress the unity,＂the pursuit of efficiency.fairness ＂is the correct choice for the concept of equity and efficiency,and fairness issues in the current period should be highlighted.
