摘　　要：人才培养模式改革是高职教育改革发展的核心。为适应经济社会发展的需要,通过对人才培养模式改革内涵的解读、指导原则、目标规格及培养方式的再认识,提出实施联合共建校内、校外实习、实训基地;与企业建立共同经济实体;依托行业背景的合作及推进"工学"交替的合作方式等人才培养模式改革,方能真正体现高职教育特色,实现高职教育人才培养目标。Reform on the model of talents-cultivating is the key in higher vocational education.This paper had some fresh thinking over the connotations,guiding principles and targets of talents-cultivating model of higher vocational education.In order to meet the requirements of social-economic development,higher vocational education should be carried out on the following principles： college-enterprise cooperation,off-campus training,training base construction and work-integrated learning.Only in this way can the goal be achieved.
