摘  要:分析了箱形渡槽产生日照温差的原因,并根据混凝土箱形渡槽的温度边界特点,将某天的日平均气温作为渡槽温度场的初始条件,渡槽表面与大气之间的热交换可视为第3类边界条件,与箱内水体之间的热交换可视为第1类边界条件.通过借助有限元软件ANSYS对某输水渡槽日照温差进行有效的仿真模拟指出:箱形渡槽的日照温度分布比较复杂,只有通过有限元仿真模拟,给出正确的温度场分布,才能为日照温度应力的计算提供合理的依据.The reasons why the difference in temperature distributing produced by solar radiation are analyzed in the paper.According to the characteristic of concrete box aqueduct thermal boundary,the average temperature in one day is regarded as an original condition in the temperature field of concrete box aqueduct.The heat exchange between the surface of concrete box aqueduct and atmosphere is regarded as the third boundary condition,and the heat exchange between the concrete box aqueduct and the water in the box is regarded as the first boundary condition.The finite element method software ANSYS which effectively simulates and analyses the difference in temperature in one transport water concrete box aqueduct indicates that the solar radiation temperature distribution of concrete box aqueduct is very complex.Based on the simulation and analysis by the finite element method software,the right distributing in the temperature field is given.It can provide calculation of the solar radiation thermal stress with reasonable basis.
