创新型生命科学人才培养的实践与探索

摘　　要：在此介绍了中南大学生物科学与技术学院应用型人才培养体系,包括开展实验教学和实习模式改革、增加课外科技活动、实行本科生导师制和多渠道强化学生科研培训等方面的实践与探索,总结了新教学体系对应用型创新人才培养的影响和效果。This paper introduces the exploration and practice of the methods cultivating the applied talents in the School of Biological Science and Technology of Central South University,including reformatting the experimental education and curriculum practice system,increasing extracurricular scientific and technological activities,putting in practice of tutorial system for undergraduates,and intensive training of science research with the multi-perspectives among undergraduates This paper also summarizes the effects of the novel educational methods on the applied talents.
