汾河源头野菜植物资源调查及开发利用研究

摘　　要：对汾河源头野菜植物资源的种类、食用部位、化学成分等进行了调查研究,结果发现汾河源头野菜植物有56种,隶属于25科。它们营养丰富,未受三废、化肥、农药污染,而且繁殖力强、生长快、产量高、抵抗力强,是开发潜力很大的蔬菜资源。The variety,edible parts,chemical composition of wild vegetables were investigated and researched in Fenhe source.The result shows that there are 56 species of wild vegetables,belong to 25 families.They are rich in nutrition,still het polluted In view of these problems,strong resistance is great potential for exploitation of vegetable resources,put forward a reasonable utilization and protection measures in this paper.
