高校青年教师科研能力培育的对策——以天津职业技术师范大学经济与管理学院为例

摘　　要：青年教师是高校发展的主力军,承担着主要的科研和教学任务。然而在高校的建设中,科研与教学并重的特点使很多青年教师面临着巨大的压力和挑战。本文指出了目前高校在青年教师科研能力培养中出现的主要问题,分析了其产生的原因,并对如何提高青年教师科研能力进行了探讨。Young teachers are the main force of the developing higher education,and they bear the task of scientific research and teaching.However,in the construction of university,the characteristics of scientific research and teaching task are both important,which exert great pressures on young teachers.The main problems faced by young university teachers in scientific research are discussed in this paper,the reasons of which are also analyzed.The solution to improving the young teachers′ ability of scientific research is elaborated.
