摘 要:目的综合评价ADD1基因内Gly460Trp位点多态性与中国汉族人群原发性高血压的关系。方法以"ADD1基因"、"高血压"和"Gly460Trp"为检索词,从有关期刊全文数据库中搜索符合一定要求的文献,采用Meta分析方法合并分析了17篇文献中Gly460Trp位点等位基因频率与原发性高血压的相关性。结果 17项有关研究结果符合合并要求,合并处理显示Gly460Trp位点是原发性高血压发病的相关因素之一(OR=1.071、P=0.043)。结论该分析结果提示Gly460Trp位点多态性与原发性高血压可能有关,为原发性高血压病发病因素的研究提供了一定的依据。Objective To evaluate the association between the polymorphism of essential Gly460Trp in ADD1 and primary hypertension in Chinese Han populations. Methods We selected the published literatures which studied the association of Gly460Trp in ADD1 and primary hypertension in Chinese Han populations by using key words "ADD1","hypertension" and "Gly460Trp",then a Meta analysis was performed to evaluate the association between the polymorphism and primary hypertension based on the previous studies. Results 17 valid published reports were selected in the study.The result of Meta analysis showed the polymorphism of Gly460Trp in ADD1 was one of the risk factors(OR=1.071,P=0.043). Conclusion The present analysis suggests that there is an association between the polymorphism of Gly460Trp and hypertension,and provides evidence for the potential causes of primary hypertension.
