摘　　要：资本市场是现代金融市场的重要组成部分,对促进自主创新,推动区域经济的跨越式发展发挥着巨大的作用。中原经济区产业结构的升级,经济结构的优化调整,必须积极借助市场化机制的力量,充分利用资本市场,以提高区域综合竞争力,加快中原崛起的步伐,实现中部崛起的战略性目标。The capital market is an important component of modern financial markets,it plays a huge role of promoting independent innovation and overstepping development of regional economics.The upgrading of industrial structure and the optimization adjustment of economic structure in Central China Economic Region,which must actively use the strength of the market mechanism and take the advantages of the capital market to improve the competitive power of the region and quicken the pace of the rise of Central China,and then achieve the strategic goals of Central China.
