摘　　要：高度重视和加强研究生德育工作,把研究生德育工作纳入和谐社会的视野,坚持以和谐思维审视研究生德育并引领其创新发展,在构建和谐社会的今天无疑具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。创建和谐的研究生德育工作,需明确和谐理念对该项工作的积极意义和要求,认清当前研究生德育工作中的不和谐因素,理顺各要素之间的关系,从而使当前高校研究生德育工作在构建和谐校园中充分发挥积极作用。Paying high attention to and strengthening postgraduates’ moral education,bringing it into the perspective of harmonious society,and persisting to examine the postgraduates’ moral education with harmonious thoughts and leading its innovatively develop,which is very important theoretical and realistic significance in the construction of a harmonious society.To create the harmonious postgraduates’ moral education,it needs to make clear the concept of harmony＇s positive meaning and requirements of this kind of work,and to recognize the disharmonious factors in the work of postgraduates’ moral education at present,and to give the order of the relations of each element,thus to make the work of postgraduates’ moral education play a positive role in constructing harmonious campus.
