摘　　要：文章从阐释图书馆2.0的内涵和特征入手,讨论了图书馆2.0对文献资源建设工作提出的各项要求,包括对采访人员的素质要求和对图书馆集成管理系统的要求,论述了2.0版的图书馆文献资源建设目标,并分析了开展2.0版的图书馆文献资源建设工作需要注意的问题。Beginning with explaining the connotation and features of library 2.0,this paper discusses the requirements of library 2.0 to document resources construction,including the requirements to the capability of the document acquisition staff and the integrated library management system.It discourses the objects of document resources construction under the environment of library 2.0,and analyzes the questions about how to launch the document resources construction.
