摘　　要：随着图书馆工作的重心向"以人为本"服务理念方向的转移,图书馆用户信息需求研究已成为图书情报领域研究的新热点。同时,系统地研究网络用户信息需求问题,探讨网络用户信息需求的特点与规律,可以为信息用户进行理论研究注入新的血液,并有助于用户研究理论在网络环境下的拓展与深化。With the transformation of the main emphasis of the library work toward ＂human-oriented＂ service theory,the research of user＇s information demand of library has become the hot point in the field of library and information science.Meanwhile,studying network user＇s information demand problem systematically and probing into the characteristics and rules of network user’ information demand can add new information for carrying out theoretical research for information user,and it helps to explore and deepen the user study theory under the Network Platform.
