摘 要:高压充填会在井筒周围形成一定厚度的砾石充填层,当地层砂侵入砾石层导致防砂失效后,管外存留的砾砂混合区很难被清理,它的存在对油井产能的稳定和提高极其不利,尤其对多次重复充填过的井,负作用将更明显。针对这一问题对变粒径充填技术要点进行了阐述,并对变粒径充填的砾石尺寸选择进行了理论和试验两方面的研究,结果表明,变粒径充填会导致生产初期出砂量的增加,但能很好地改善并利于砾石层渗透率的稳定,减轻地层细砂对它的堵塞状况,延长防砂有效期,从而更有利于提高单井产能。High pressure packing would resulted in a gravel bed of certain thickness around wellbore,therefore after formation sand was invaded into gravel bed it would induce sand control failure,the external casing areas of gravel-sand would be hard to be cleaned.Its existence was unbeneficial for productivity stability and improvement,especially for the wells which were repeatedly packed,its negative effect would be more obvious.The keys of variable grain diameter packing technique are denoted aiming at the above problem,theoretical and experimental researches are conducted on the gravel size selection of the technique.The results indicates that the technique would cause sand production increased at the early stage of production,but it can better improve the permeability of gravel bed,mitigate its blockage caused by fine sands,and extend the life of sand control and favorable of enhancing individual well productivity.
