摘　　要：教育不仅影响个体的发展,也牵动社会文明的进程。大学生受教育权的状况直接影响了和谐社会的建设。目前,我国大学生受教育权存在不同程度的缺失,我们要进一步明晰大学生受教育权的发展现状,有针对性地从教育理念的转变、权利维护机构的建设和法律制度的健全等方面切实保障大学生的受教育权。Education not only affects individual development,but also the course of social civilization.College students＇ educational condition directly affects the construction of harmonious society.At present,college students＇ right to education has different degree of problem.We should make clear the situation and guarantee the educational rights from some aspects：change of educational idea,construction of safeguard rights mechanism,improvement of law system and so on.
