摘　　要：我国现行的政治体制对于农民的政治参与提供了基本的制度框架,但很不完善,而现有的具体制度的运行也有缺陷。本文分析了当前我国农民非制度性政治参与的原因,并以此为出发点提出了一些相应的对策。China＇s current political system,political participation of the farmers provided the basic institutional framework,but not perfect,and the existing operation of the specific system is also flawed.This article analyzes the politics of farmers involved in non-institutional reasons,and as a starting point put forward some countermeasures.
