厦门市集美区第三产业发展策略探析

摘　　要：分析厦门市集美区第三产业相关统计数据,总结第三产业发展的优势与不足,提出第三产业的整体发展原则、目标及思路,论证第三产业内部的商贸业、旅游业、现代服务业及文化体育业的发展规划,并结合集美区"一心,两带、四片区"的具体区域,从空间布局的角度,分析第三产业内部各行业在各区域的发展侧重点,从而为集美区发展第三产业提供具有参考价值的对策建议。The strength and weakness of the tertiary industry in Jimei District of Xiamen is summarized by the statistical data and overall principles,objectives and approaches are put forward on the basis of its present status.Tertiary industry sector in Jimei is composed of business trade,tourism,modern services,culture sports.Their development plans,spatial layout and focuses of growth are discussed,specifically around the overall target of ＂one centre,two zones and four regions＂.The proposals are expected to of value in accelerating the development of tertiary industry in Jimei District of Xiamen.
