摘  要:基于叶脉网格结构,用分形理论及Murray定律确定网格几何尺寸。设计树网络体积与电阻间存在幂指数0.22的相似规律关系。设计的分形电源网格,改善了电阻、电感压降。本设计中芯片上模拟、数字电源/地线不共用,分别由主脉两侧的第二级脉供电,从而有效隔离了噪声。A novel fractal power distribution technique has been proposed. The structure is designed based on leaf vein. The sizes of the power grids are calculated according to fractal theory and murray’s law. The relationship between the electrical resistance and the conductor tree volume obeys power law with power exponent 0.22. The key factors of the designed grids are that the analog and digital circuits do not share the same power/ground lines and effective noise isolation is obtained. The simulated and measured results illustrate that our physical structures have greatly improved noise isolation, resistive and inductive voltage drop.
