摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在肝硬化患者中的作用。方法:将130例肝硬化患者随机分为观察组66例和对照组64例,观察组给予舒适护理,对照组仅给予常规护理,比较两组患者护理后的抑郁自量表(CESD)评分及舒适度改善情况,以及患者对护理工作的满意度情况。结果:观察组和对照组患者CESD评分分别为(13.10±2.43)分和(16.32±3.11)分,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);舒适度明显改善;满意度分别为90.0%和73.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:对肝硬化患者实施舒适护理,可显著改善患者精神状况及身体舒适度,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective： To evaluate the effect of comfortable nursing care on the patients with hepatocirrhosis.Methods： 130 patients with hepatocirrhosis were randomly divided into observation group（n=66） and control group（n=64）.The patients in the observation group received comfortable nursing care and the patients in the control group received only routine nursing care.The scores of CESD and the improvement of comfort of the patients were compared between the two groups after the patients were given different nursing care.Results： The scores of CESD in the observation group and control group were respectively 13.10±2.43 and 16.32±3.11 points and the comparison between the two groups was significantly different（P0.05）;the comfort of the patients were obviously improved and the degrees of satisfaction were respectively 90.0% and 73.0% in the observation group and control group（P0.01）.Conclusion： The implementation of comfortable nursing care can significantly improve the mental state and physical comfort of the patients with hepatocirrhosis and increase their satisfaction with nursing service.
