免费发放礼品扑克对建筑工地民工开展艾滋病健康教育的效果评价

摘　　要：[目的]评价对建筑工地民工免费发放印有艾滋病防治知识图文的礼品扑克健康教育形式的效果。[方法]2008年印制艾滋病健康教育"礼品扑克",免费分发到邹城市10个建筑工地,供民工使用,并评价这种艾滋病健康教育形式的效果。[结果]发放扑克后1月,在其中8个建筑工地抽查306名民工,均表示认真看了扑克的内容,其中84.31%已经使用扑克,98.04%表示喜欢扑克。干预前调查民工358人,干预后调查306人,各项艾滋病相关知识知晓率干预后均在90%以上,明显高于干预前(P<0.01);干预前后,能够正确对待HIV感染者及艾滋病患者的分别占37.15%、86.60%(P<0.01),认为艾滋病离自己并不遥远者所占比例分别为31.84%、77.78%(P<0.01),表示愿意参与预防艾滋病健康教育活动者所占比例,分别为57.82%、91.83%(P<0.01)。[结论]对建筑工地民工免费发放印有艾滋病防治知识图文的礼品扑克具有明显的效果。[Objective] To evaluate the effect of health education among migrant workers on construction sites through free distributed gift pokers bearing AIDS prevention knowledge in graphic form.[Methods]In 2008,gift pokers on AIDS health education were printed,Gift Poker＂,distributed free of charge to migrant workers on 10 construction sites in Zoucheng city,and evaluation was made on the effect of AIDS health education in this form.[Results]One month after the distribution,306 migrant workers were sampled on 8 construction sites,they all read the content of pokers,84.31% used poker,98.04% said they liked poker.358 workers surveyed before the intervention,306 surveyed after the intervention,the AIDS-related knowledge among the intervention was more than 90%,significantly higher than before the intervention（P0.01）;Before and after intervention,those correctly considering HIV infection and AIDS patients accounted for 37.15% and 86.60%（P0.01）,those thinking AIDS was not far away were 31.84% and 77.78%（P0.01）,those expressing willingness to participate in AIDS prevention health education activities were 57.82% and 91.83%（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Free distribution of gift pokers bearing AIDS prevention knowledge in graphic form to the migrant workers has significant effect.
