2006～2010年诸城市艾滋病病毒感染者病人抗病毒治疗分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解诸城市艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染者/艾滋病病人免费抗病毒治疗现状,探讨今后策略。[方法]对2006-2010年诸城市治疗的8例HIV感染者/艾滋病病人资料进行分析。[结果]8例治疗者的服药依从性好。1例治疗1个月死亡,2例治疗1-2个月停药后,5月内死亡;3例出现药物副反应;6例进行CD4＋T淋巴细胞动态检测,其中5例明显提高,1例基本无变化。5例在治者体重不同程度增加,健康状况改善,生存质量提高。[结论]抗病毒治疗后多数患者能提高免疫力,存在药物不良反应。[Objective] To understand HIV infection/AIDS antiviral therapy of patients free of charge in Zhucheng city,so as to explore future strategy.[Methods]Analysis was made on data of 8 treated HIV/AIDS patientsin Zhucheng city,2006-2010.[Results]8 patients were in better compliance with the medication.1 patient died within 1 month of treatment,2 patients died,1 to 2 months after treatment,within 5 months,3 patients had adverse drug reactions;6 patients for dynamic detection of CD4＋ T lymphocytes,markedly improved in 5 patients,1 patient had little change.5 patients in treatment had body weight increase to some extent,improved health,improved quality of life.[Conclusion]The majority of patients can improve the immune system after antiviral therapy,there are adverse drug reactions.
