经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法采用椎体成形术治疗32例(38个椎体)老年骨质疏松性压缩骨折患者,观察术后疼痛缓解情况。结果采用WHO标准,椎体成形术后26例12 h内疼痛完全缓解,6例部分缓解。全部获随访,时间2～20个月,无一例发生椎体高度丢失或腰背痛加重、复发现象。结论经皮椎体成形术是治疗骨质疏松性压缩骨折的安全、有效方法 ,并且适合在基层推广。Objective To study the clinical effects of percutaneous vertebroplasty （PVP） in the treatment of serile osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture. Methods 32 patients （38 vertebrae） with VOCF were treated by PVP, postoperative pain relief was observed. Results According to WHO criteria,26 patients got completely back pain reliefand 6 patients gotpartial reliefwithin 12 hours after PVP. All were followed up for 2 -20 months. No vertebra height loss or pain recurrence was found. Conclusion PVP is safe and effective in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture, and suit to popularize in grass roots.
