脾动脉灌注在门静脉高压症断流术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨脾动脉灌注在门静脉高压症断流术中的应用。方法将2006年1月～2010年6月110例门静脉高压症断流术者随机分为对照组、治疗组,并监测Hb、HCP及输血量。结果对照组术后Hb、HCP低于术前,治疗组术后明显高于术前,术中失血量及异体输血量均多于治疗组。结论脾动脉灌注在门静脉高压症断流术中应用有着操作简单、安全、可靠、脾血回收完全、不需使用抗凝剂等优点,且节约血源、减少输血并发症,也实用于合并急性上消化道大出血需急行断流术者。Objective To investigate the perfusion of splenic artery in the operation of portal hypertension disconnection. Methods A total of 110 cases of disconnection patients from Janaary 2006 to June 2010 were divided into control and treatment gronp in order to dectection HB, HCP and blood transfusion. Results In contrast to control group,the HB and HCP were obviously bighter than preoperation in treatment after operation., while the blood loss and allogeneic transfusion were very lower. Conclusion The perfusipon of splenic artery in the operation of portal hypertension disconnection is simple satf and relabce meanuhile the blood in spleen is recycled completely needit use anticoagulants,save blood ,reduce complication of blood transfusion and also useful in the acute hemorrhage of apper digestive tract which needs disconnection immediately.
