摘　　要：国标〈旅游规划通则〉的制定为旅游规划人员制定规划提供了依据,对规范旅游规划工作起到了一定的积极作用.但是,〈通则〉的要求又过于保守,没有考虑到旅游规划的自身特点.因此,规划人员要在〈通则〉的要求基本保证的情况下,要结合本地旅游资源的特色,凭借自身的经验,发挥想象力、创造力,理性地进行旅游规划.The GB ＂general rules on the tourism planning ＂ provide the basis for tourism planning personnel,it plays a certain positive role to regulate tourism planning work .But,the ＂general rules on the tourism planning ＂is too conservative,it does not contact with the characteristics of the tourism plan. Hence,when planning personnel establish tourism planning,first of all,they must ensure the general requirements of the rule. Then they establish tourism planning combine with local tourism resources characteristics, with their own experience,imagination and creativity.
