摘  要:随着光伏电源接入配电网的数量和容量的增加,光伏电源对配电网的影响日益显著。本文提出利用月平均每小时可用度和负载率来表征并网光伏发电系统对配电网和负荷的供电情况,从而了解光伏电源的平均性能。实例分析表明,月平均每小时可用度越小,光伏发电系统向电网注入的功率越小,而负载率越大,反之亦然。该方法可为在电力市场条件下的配电系统能量管理和调度的决策提供参考。With the increase of the number and capacity of photovoltaic power generation system(PVs) connected into distribution network,their effects on the distribution network become more and more significant.In this paper,a method of availability and load ratio of the PVs was proposed to represent the circumstances of the supply of the distribution network and load,and thus to understand the average performance of PVs photovoltaic power.The results show that the smaller the monthly average hourly availability is,the less the power supplied to the grid from the PVs is,while the load rate is higher,and vice versa.Thus the representation provides reference for decision-making of energy management and dispatch of distribution system under electricity market environment.
