摘 要:该文介绍了某三层桁架屋盖结构中采用的4种典型节点——双KK+系杆节点、X+双KK节点、X+双K焊接节点和X+双K铸钢节点的静力加载试验。根据实际情况对试件进行了多点同步加载,通过现场跟踪测试,得到了节点区杆件的内力变化、节点区关键测点处的应力分布、节点整体及局部变形等数据。考察了节点的内力传递路径、破坏模式,对节点的性能进行了综合评估。分析表明:此类节点的节点承载效率较高,可以满足承载力要求。此外,对X+双K焊接节点和X+双K铸钢节点进行了比较,分析了两种节点性能上的差异,研究表明,铸钢节点与焊接节点相比,有较好的力学性能,但铸钢件与相连杆件的连接焊缝将对节点的安全性能产生很大影响。This paper presents tests on four typical multiplanar joints used in the truss roof of a three-story structure.Among them,three are welded tubular joints,one is cast-steel joint.Loads are applied to the joints through a substructure test facility.The development of the internal force of the braces,the strain distribution of the hot spots,the displacements and the failure mode were observed from the tests.The mechanical behavior of the joints was assessed.The results show that the ultimate capacity of these joints is high enough to satisfy the strength requirement.The comparison of the load-carrying capacity between the welded and cast-steel joints shows that the cast-steel joint has a better mechanical behavior given the strength of the connecting welds of the cast-steel joint with adjacent members is sufficient.
