摘 要:针对某金属地下矿山Ⅰ号矿床采空区失稳垮塌致使周边巷道遭到破坏的工程实际,采用空区探测系统(CMS)对垮塌空区进行了现场三维探测,获取了采空区失稳垮塌三维信息;运用三维建模软件Surpac分别构建起垮塌采空区及其周边巷道的三维可视化模型,以此为基础有效地确定了因采空区失稳垮塌致使巷道破坏的位置、范围和程度,提出了采空区垮塌后给周边的凿岩、回风井等工程巷道带来的安全隐患。实践表明,这种基于空区失稳三维探查的可视化安全分析方法,可直观、准确地掌握采空区失稳破坏相关信息,从而为矿山制定科学合理的治理方案提供可靠的依据。In a metallic mine,the collapse of unstable cavity led to the surrounding tunnel destroyed in I# deposit of underground mine.Aiming at this problem,three-dimensional detection was carried out by using Cavity Monitoring System(CMS) for the collapsed cavity,and three-dimensional information of the collapsed cavity was obtained.3D visualization models were built with three-dimensional modeling software Surpac for collapsed cavity and the surrounding tunnel.The location of destroyed tunnel,scope and degree of destruction caused by the unstable cavity collapse were effectively determined based on the 3D model.The potential safety hazards in the roadway engineering brought by the cavity collapse,such as drilling in the surrounding area and ventilating shaft,were put forward.Practice indicated this visual security analysis method based on the three-dimensional detection of the cavity instability can obtain visual and accurate information about the destruction due to cavity instability,so as to be reliably used as reference for mines in preparing scientific and rational management program.
