摘 要:以湖南黄金洞高砷高硫金精矿为原料,开展了金精矿/软锰矿联合浸出提取金、锰新工艺研究。两矿氧化还原浸出,可同时实现软锰矿还原浸出与黄铁矿、毒砂氧化分解。两段氧化还原浸出条件为:两矿比5.4∶1,酸矿比0.98∶1,温度90℃,Ⅰ、Ⅱ段浸出时间分别为4 h和24 h,在此条件下锰浸出率大于95%,黄铁矿、毒砂分解率达到了99%;氧化还原浸出渣金氰化浸出率随黄铁矿、毒砂氧化分解率提高而提高,但在硫化矿几乎完全氧化分解情况下,仅为70.56%,有待进一步查明原因,从而优化氰化浸出工艺条件。A new process study on extracting gold and manganese by combination leaching gold concentrates and pyrolusite was conducted using high arsenic and high sulphur gold concentrates in Huangjindong,Hunan province as raw material.Reduction leaching pyrolusite and oxidation decomposing pyrite and arsenical pyrite can be realized simultaneously by oxidation and reduction leaching two ores.The leaching rate of manganese was above 95% and the decomposition efficiency of pyrite and arsenical pyrite reached 99% under the two-stage oxidation and reduction leaching conditions that the ratio of two ores was 5.4∶1,the ratio of acid and ores was 0.98∶1,the temperature was 90 ℃ and the leaching time of Ⅰ and Ⅱ stage was 4 h and 24 h.The cyanidation leaching rate of gold of the oxidation and reduction leaching residues increased with the increase of the oxidation decomposition rate of pyrite and arsenical pyrite,but it was only 70.56% under the conditions that the sulphide ore was almost completely oxidized and decomposed.The causes needed to be further identified to optimize the cyanidation leaching process conditions.
