摘　　要：对510L复杂变形后开裂的原因进行了分析,得出开裂的主要原因是表面显微组织混晶。并指出了精轧机架F1和F2的奥氏体部分再结晶区轧制是造成510L混晶组织的主要原因。通过优化轧制工艺,提高了F1和F2的轧制温度,将奥氏体的部分再结晶区轧制控制到下游机架,从而缩短了道次间隔时间,消除了混晶组织。In this article,the main reason of machining crack after complex deformation for 510L automobile frames was the mixed crystal of microstructure on surface,and it pointed out that austenite which is rolled in the crystallization region of finishing stand F1 and F2 led to mixed crystal.Through optimizing rolling process,it raised rolling temperature,transferred the above austenite rolling to the downstream,shortened the pass interval and eliminated mixed crystal structure.
