摘　　要：介绍了烧结机糊堵篦条现象产生的原因及预防措施。结合安钢360m2烧结机生产实践,对烧结机篦条糊堵现象的形成过程及原因进行了分析,并从篦条的结构、生产工艺控制及操作等方面提出了改进和预防措施。The paper introduced the reason of paste block grate in sintering machine and its preventive measures.Based on the production practice of Angang 360 m2 sintering machine,it analysed forming process and reason of blocking and put forward the preventive measures from grate structure,process control and operation etc.
