摘　　要：从回顾政府采购的概念、组织形式和采购方式入手,简述了政府采购制度的产生及黑龙江省政府采购的现状,提出了构建省属高校仪器设备政府采购模式,介绍了黑龙江大学加强仪器设备政府采购工作的具体措施及成效。The equipment stock is an important field in implementing government stock to provincial universities.The purpose of implementing government stock in provincial universities is to insure the full and effective exertion of the basic functions of government stock via standardizing bargaining action.The conception,organic form and stock means are reviewed.The generation of government stock system and the developmental actuality of our province are simply stated.The government stock mode of equipment of provincial universities is referred.The detailed strategies and effect about how to strengthen the government stock of equipment are introduced.
