摘　　要：认同在社会层面上是指社会共同体成员对一定信仰和情感的共有和分享,它是维系社会共同体的内在凝聚力。利益需求认同是当代革命军人核心价值观认同的前提和基础,当代革命军人核心价值观认同是利益需求认同的升华,从利益需求认同到当代革命军人核心价值观认同是自觉培育践行当代革命军人核心价值观的必由之路。On the social level,identity refers to sharing certain belief and feeling among community members.The identity of common interests,an interior cohesive force which maintains social communities,constitutes the prerequisite and foundation of the identity of the contemporary revolutionary armyman＇s core values,whereas the latter is the sublimation of the former.The identity from common interests to the contemporary revolutionary armyman＇s core values is the road to conscious cultivation of the contemporary revolutionary armyman＇s core values.
