摘　　要：目的探讨切开复位可塑形钛合金钢板治疗粉碎性跟骨骨折的疗效。方法对25例30足跟骨粉碎性骨折行切开复位钛合金钢板内固定加一期植骨术。按Sanders分型:Ⅱ型10例,Ⅲ型12例,Ⅳ型8例。结果全部病例均随访6～15个月,平均12个月,按Margland足部评分标准评价:优11足,良13足,可4足,差2足,优良率为80.0%。结论切开复位可塑钛质跟骨钢板治疗粉碎性跟骨骨折疗效肯定,治疗结果与软组织的损伤程度、骨折类型、复位质量有关。Objective To explore the effectiveness of open reduction and plastic titanium calcaneal plate internal fixation for the treatment of comminuted calcaneal fractures.Methods 25 cases 30 feet of calcaneal fracture line were treated with open reduction and internal fixation of titanium calcaneal plate plus a bone graft.According to Sanders classification：type Ⅱ 10 cases,type Ⅲ 12 cases,type Ⅳ 8 cases.Results All patients were followed up for 6 to 15 months,an average of 12 months.according to Margland ratings criteria to evaluate the foot：excellent 11 foot,better in 13 feet,good in 4 feet,and poor in 2 feet,excellent rate was 80.0%.Conclusions The effectiveness of open reduction and plastic titanium calcaneal plate for the treatment of comminuted calcaneal fracture is positive,treatment results and procedures are related to soft tissue injury,fracture type,reduction quality.
