摘  要:目的制定咽炎糖浆质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对咽炎糖浆中金银花、玄参定性鉴别;高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸的含量,采用Symm etry C18色谱柱(3.9 mm×150 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水-醋酸(25∶225∶5)为流动相;流速:1.0m l/min;检测波长:327 nm。结果金银花与玄参鉴别斑点清晰,分离良好。绿原酸对照品在0.1081.080μg范围内与峰面积值呈良好的线性关系。r=0.9998(n=5),平均加样回收率为98.02%,RSD为1.36%。结论方法简便、准确、重复性好,能很好地控制咽炎糖浆的质量。Objective To establish a method for quality control of Pharyngitis syrup.Methods Lonicera japonica Thunb and Scrophulariae ningpoensis Hemsl.in Pharyngitis syrup were identified by thin layer chromatography.Chlorogenic acid was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The symmetry C18 column(3.9 mm×150 mm,5 μm) was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-acetic acid(25∶225∶5) and a flow rate of 1 ml/min at the detection wavelength of 327 nm.Results This method showed a good linear relation(r=0.9998) with in the range of 0.108-1.080 μg for chlorogenic acid.The average recovery was 98.02%;RSD was 1.36%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It can be used for quality control of Pharyngitis syrup.
