摘　　要：目的研究参银肤宁酊止痒作用。方法采用瘙痒模型,观察不同剂量参银肤宁酊对实验动物全身与局部皮肤瘙痒的影响。结果参银肤宁酊能明显降低右旋糖酐诱导的小鼠瘙痒发作次数及瘙痒持续时间,并能增加豚鼠耐受磷酸组胺的致痒阈。结论参银肤宁酊具有良好的止痒作用。Objective To study the anti-pruritus effect of Shenyinfuning tincture. Methods The anti-pruritus effect of Shenyinfuning tincture on experiment animals in different doses was observed through itching models. Results Shenyinfuning tincture could decrease scratching frequency and duration induced by dextran and increase itch-threshold of cavy caused by histamine phosphate. Conclusion Shenyinfuning tincture has significant anti-pruritus effect.
