消脱止-M治疗慢性下肢静脉功能不全的多中心临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察消脱止-M对慢性下肢静脉功能不全(chronic venous insufficiency,CVI)的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:采用多中心开放、随机临床研究,对180例下肢静脉功能不全的患者予以口服消脱止-M,连续服用60d。4片/次,3次/d。儿童患者用量减半。观察服药后30d和60d临床症状改善程度。结果:口服消脱止-M,能够明显减轻患肢肿胀和疼痛(P<0.001),明显加快患肢溃疡的愈合速度(P<0.001)。用药60d时,临床症状改善更明显。未出现需要减量或停药的不良反应。结论:消脱止-M治疗慢性下肢静脉功能不全疗效显著、安全可靠。Objective：To study the efficacy and side reaction of Setus-M in the treatment for chronic venous insufficiency in lower limbs.Methods：An multi-center,open and randomized clinical research including 180 cases from 6 hospitals was carried out.Every patient was given 4 tablets of Setus-M once and three times per day.Symptomatic relief efficacy and side reaction were observed in 30 days and 60 days after druguse.Results：Symptoms of lower limb swelling,pain,ulcer were relieved much more obviously in 30 days and 60 days after drug-use（P 0.001）.With the treat-time prolonging that Setus-M was used in 60 days,the effectiveness ratio increased obviously.No side reaction caused the therapy interrupts.Conclusion：Setus-M is an effective and safe drug for the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency in lower limbs.
