摘　　要：电子政务代表了政务实施发展的趋势和方向，移动电子政务是电子政务的延伸和发展。3G网络作为新一代移动通信系统，推动了移动电子政务的发展，3G网络的各种优势带动了移动政务各种应用的推广。本文提出了基于3G网络的移动电子政务模型，并与基于2G的模型进行了比较。此外，本文还研究了移动电子政务中必须考虑到的数据同步问题，并提出了一个切实可行的模型。E - Government represents the trends and directions of Government Administration. M - Gov-ernment is an extension and development of E - Government. As a new Generation mobile communication sys- tem, 3 G promotes the development of M - Government. The advantages of 3 G drive the applications of M - Gov- ernment. In this paper, I propose a 3G- based M- Government model architecture, and the 2G- based model is compared. In addition, I study the Data Synchronization problems of G - Government, and put forward a feasible model.
