甲基苯丙胺滥用者外周血清多巴胺水平变化的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨甲基苯丙胺吸食者外周血清中多巴胺水平的变化。方法:将甲基苯丙胺滥用者分为偶吸组和依赖组,测定两组滥用者上、下午时间段外周血清多巴胺水平的变化,并与正常对照组相比较,同时,测定两组滥用者距末次吸食后不同时间的外周血清多巴胺水平的动态变化。结果:甲基苯丙胺偶吸者上、下午时间段外周血清多巴胺水平分别为129.81nmol.L-1和115.71nmol.L-1,与正常对照组相比升高了46.20%和29.55%(P<0.05),而组内相比没有统计学意义(P>0.05);与正常对照组相比,依赖组外周血清多巴胺水平显著降低,分别为56.96nmol.L-1和61.12nmol.L-1(P<0.001),下降了35.85%和31.57%,而组内相比没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。偶吸甲基苯丙胺后升高的多巴胺水平虽有一定波动,随着时间的推移逐渐回落,在2周左右接近正常人水平,而依赖者在距末次吸食的11h至72d过程中外周血清多巴胺水平持续降低。结论:甲基苯丙胺滥用者外周血清中多巴胺水平发生了变化,偶吸者多巴胺水平升高,而依赖者多巴胺水平下降。偶吸者升高的多巴胺水平在距末次吸食后两周左右恢复至正常水平,依赖者多巴胺的下降呈持续性。Objective：To study the variations of dopamine in peripheral blood serum of methamphetamine（MA）abusers.Methods：MA abusers were divided into two groups,occasional-use group and addictted group.The variations of dopamine in peripheral blood serum were determined respectively in the morning and afternoon,and compared with that of the healthy group.Meanwhile,the dynamic variations of dopamine were observed in different times after the last use.Results：The dopamine in occasional-use group was 129.81 nmol·L-1 and 115.71 nmol·L-1 respectively in the morning and afternoon,increasing by 46.20% and 29.55% compared with those in the healthy group（P0.05）,but there was no statistical significance in comparison within the group（P0.05）.The dopamine in addictted group was 56.96 nmol·L-1 and 61.12 nmol·L-1 respectively in the morning and afternoon,significantly decreased by 35.85% and 31.57% compared with those in the healthy group（P0.001）,but there was no statistical significance in comparison within the group（P0.05）.In spite of some fluctuations,the increased dopamine level after the occasional use of MA had an overall decreasing tendency,went down gradually over time and returned to the normal level in approximately 2 weeks,while the dopamine level in addictted group kept decreasing from 11 h to 72 d after the last use of MA.Conclusion：In peripheral blood serum of MA abusers,the dopamine increased in occasional-use group while decreased in addictted group.In occasional-use group the dopamine can returnted to the normal level in approximately 2 weeks after the last use while the dopamine is steadily decreasing in addictted group.
