摘  要:川东北海相碳酸盐岩气藏具有(异常)高压、高温、高产、高含酸性腐蚀气体的特点。完井测试过程中,测试管柱在不同工况下的轴向位移明显,测试管柱安全可靠性较差;多种腐蚀气体共存,含量高,机理复杂,对管柱材质的要求高;施工工艺复杂,优质、快速、取全、取准资料难度大;同时,安全风险也大。为了完井测试的顺利进行,通过对管柱力学性质、腐蚀机理的研究,优选了89 mm、110SS油管组合,并在对工艺技术调研的基础上,结合现场实践优化了APR完井试气配套工艺技术。所形成的川东北高温高压高含硫深井完井试气工艺配套技术,为该区和类同气田的勘探开发提供了技术保障。The marine carbonate gas reservoirs in the northeastern Sichuan Basin are featured by(abnormal) high pressure,high temperature,high productivity,and a high content of acidic corrosive gases.During the process of well testing,remarkable axial displacements of testing string have been detected under different working conditions so the reliability and safety of testing string are relatively low.In addition,a high content of various corrosive gases co-exist and the corrosion mechanism is so complicated that obviously the requirement on the tubing material is extremely high.Besides,the completion and well testing technology is so complicated that operators can neither easily nor quickly acquire high-quality,complete and accurate well testing data,especially under such a high safety risk.To complete the well testing smoothly,we conducted studies on mechanical property and corrosion mechanism of tubing strings,selected the optimal size and connector of tubing strings,and,in combination with field practices,optimized the completion and well testing technology by the tool of the annulus pressure responsive(APR).This improved technology applied in HTHP and high-H2S gas wells in eastern Sichuan Basin provides technical support for the exploration and development of similar gas fields in China.
