摘 要:甲酸盐钻井液体系早已在国内外广泛使用,目前我国主要使用甲酸钾和甲酸钠钻井液体系,而对甲酸盐的另一种稀有金属盐——甲酸铯体系则尚未见到进行现场应用以及与钻井液中增黏剂、降虑失剂等处理剂配伍性研究的报道。为研制甲酸铯钻井液体系,并为优选合适的甲酸铯钻井液处理剂提供依据,进行了一系列甲酸铯盐水与钻井液的增黏剂、降滤失剂配伍性实验研究;考察了甲酸铯盐水与增黏剂、降滤失剂的配伍效果并对配伍后的性能进行了实验评价。结果表明:黄原胶、Antisol FL-10、Dristemp及ExStar HT与甲酸铯盐水具有较好的配伍性,可用于甲酸铯钻井液体系;而Driscal-D在甲酸铯盐水中发生交联成片状,配伍性较差。Formate drilling fluid system has already been widely used all over the world,while potassium formate and sodium formate drilling fluid system are mainly used in China presently.However,as for a rare metal brine of cesium formate system,there have been no literatures yet published on its field application as well as its compatibility with treatment agents(such as thickening agent and filtration reducing agent) in drilling liquid.Herein in this study,in order to research and develop such a cesium formate drilling fluid system,we conducted a series of experiments to test the compatibility of cesium formate brine with those treatment agents.Apart from that,the experimental evaluation demonstrated that Xanthan gum,Antisol FL-10,Dristemp,and ExStar HT have good compatibilities with cesium formate brine,and all can be used in the cesium formate drilling fluid system;while Driscal-D has a bad compatibility because of being crosslinked into sheets in the cesium formate brine.This study provides evidence for the proper selection of suitable treatment agents in a cesium formate drilling fluid system.
